Help Me Finish Nursing School — A Second Chance at My Dream

Hi, my name is Paris and I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support as I work to finish what I started: becoming a nurse.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to care for others to be there in their most vulnerable moments the way so many nurses have been there for me and my loved ones. I was on my way to achieving that dream, enrolled in nursing school and making progress, but life took an unexpected and heartbreaking turn.

First, I lost my father a devastating blow that shook my world. Not long after, I experienced another tragic loss: the father of my children passed away. As I struggled to grieve and care for my family, I had to withdraw from several classes. Unfortunately, this has made me ineligible for financial aid due to maxing out my limit, despite my renewed determination to succeed.

Today, I’m in a much better place emotionally and mentally. I’m ready and more committed than ever to finish school and build a stable, meaningful life for myself and my children. But without financial aid, I can’t afford to stay enrolled.

That’s why I’m turning to you. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward tuition, fees, and essential supplies for nursing school. Your support would not only help me return to school it would give me the opportunity to build a future that honors the people I’ve lost and gives my children a strong, stable example of resilience.
