We’re Djmote— our names are Imminent Victory, Jake Chao, Zachary Ebel and we're three college students who became friends freshman year of high school. We bonded over our love for music and carried that friendship into college. From the moment we set foot on campus, we dreamed of creating something that would change how people experience music at parties and events.
In our freshman year of college, we imagined an app that would make music at events more personalized and exciting. After years of hard work, we entered the Alumni Venture Seed Fund incubator during our junior year. That's where we really dove deep into turning our dream into a reality.
For the past year, we’ve poured everything we’ve got into building Djmote. And it’s paying off—we recently won the Mintz Award as part of SDSU’s ZIP Launchpad Incubator program. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come, but we know the journey is just beginning.
We have our first testing version of our app and it's downloadable now on the App Store. Our beta version is very buggy right now, which is why we are trying to raise money!
We’re reaching out to you, our friends, family, and community to help take Djmote to the next level. Your support will go toward securing patents to protect our technology, backend development, and covering the costs of servers to ensure our app performs seamlessly.

App Description: Djmote is an innovative event and music app that integrates attendees' pre-selected playlists (from their Apple music or Spotify Account) into the Host/DJ’s setlist, curating a music experience that resonates with everyone at the event. The app empowers hosts and DJs by offering tools to manage event capacity, track attendees, and influence the music with seamless input from guests, ensuring no one is left out of the party.
