From Friday Nights to the All-America Lights Help My Son Chase His Dream!
Hi friends, family, and generous strangers!
I never thought I'd be writing one of these, but here we are, because my son just received an incredible honor: he’s been invited to play on the All-America team! Yes, that team—the one that recognizes some of the best young athletes.
As many of you know, Dareus is a proud twin and the youngest of seven children. Not only does he play football, he wrestles, and plays baseball. Along with his natural ability for sports, he is a gifted musician and plays the saxophone in Westbury’s jazz band. He is a scholar and a member of Kappa League.
He's worked hard, sweat buckets, and sacrificed weekends (and a few pairs of cleats) to get here. Now he has a once-in-a-lifetime shot to showcase his talent on a national stage, meet top coaches, and represent our family with pride.
Here’s the catch: the opportunity comes with a price tag. He needs travel, lodging, gear, and all the logistics that come with it. We need to raise $2500 quickly to get him there.
I know times are tough, but if you can spare even a few dollars, it would mean the world to us. Every bit helps get him one step closer to the field. And if you can’t donate, just sharing this would be a HUGE help.
Will you help Dareus chase a big dream and maybe, just maybe, kick off the start of something even greater?
Thank you for being part of his journey!
