Hey, my name is Muntazir Momand and I'm fundraising for medical treatment.

I never imagined my life would turn into a fight for survival.

Not long ago, I was living a stable and hopeful life. I had a good income, strong health, and dreams for my future. I had recently started a new chapter of my life after getting married, full of plans to build a home and support my family.

But everything changed when the Afghan government collapsed.

During the chaos, some individuals who were jealous of my progress and success falsely accused me. Because of these false claims, I was detained by authorities without any evidence or fair process.

What followed were the darkest days of my life.

I was imprisoned for two years and subjected to severe physical torture. During this time, I suffered serious injuries to my lower back, shoulders, and knee joints. The pain was unbearable, and even today, I continue to live with the long-term effects of those injuries.

I was eventually released, but I was not the same person anymore.

Today, I struggle daily with:

Chronic lower back pain

Severe joint pain in my shoulders and knees

Limited mobility and physical weakness

Emotional and psychological trauma

I am unable to work as I used to, and providing for my family has become extremely difficult. As a newly married man, it breaks my heart that I cannot give my wife the safe and stable life she deserves.

I urgently need medical treatment, including:

Proper diagnosis and medical tests

Ongoing medication

Physical therapy and rehabilitation

Possible specialized treatment for long-term recovery

Unfortunately, I do not have the financial means to cover these expenses.
