Donation protected
Hi,my name is Micah Harris I graduated from the University of Oregon in 2002 while pursuing a career in athletics, I sadly made choice that sentenced me to seven years to life in prison, with the possibility of parole in the state of California . I served 18 years. I was recently paroled. Prior to my incarceration I qualified For the Olympic trials in 2004 for the 110 meter high hurdles in track and field, placing in the top 20. While inside prison ,I focused every day on getting back on track in all areas of my life. I trained my mind ,body and soul ,and earned my freedom. Twenty years to the day, I have a chance to qualify again for the Olympic trials, in all places where I graduated from ,the University of Oregon ! The money I would be raising is for the purpose of training expenses, that includes traveling to events, hiring a coach ,to athletic equipment that includes gear ,shoes and holistic treatment . This fundraiser is for hope and will of the human spirit. This pursuit will inspire those to never give up on their dreams. And with the help of the whole community, Help a dream deferred become a reality.
