My name is António Cravo, a 28 years old Portuguese Clinical Psychologist who is returning to his country after five years abroad. I miss my mother, I want to speak Portuguese, eat empadas, and be a psychologist in my own language.

The motive and the dream

I aim to raise awareness about my physical shape, free time and creativity.

Along cycling between 100 and 150 km per day, I want to sleep well, have lobster for dinner, and drink four Delta espressos without spending any of my financial resources.
