From Fear to Freedom: Aid Her Journey

Donation protected
A week ago, a very dear of mine, who wishes to remain anonymous, was able to escape a severe domestic situation, fueled by her ex boyfriends coddling parents. In this, she has lost nearly everything she owned and more; furniture, clothing, personal items, etc. This man has even gone as far as secluding her from friends and family, refusing to let her work, pulling childish acts that resulted in the best course of action being her children move in with their father to remain in a safe and healthy enironment. He has also caused her to lose her car, racked up debts in her name totaling up $3,000. On top of him being physically and emotionally violent.

As of a week ago, she was able to make an escape plan that resulted in moving in with family that her ex doesn't know, in a location he's not aware of.

She is starting over with nothing but the love and kindness of family and friends, but because of being in the situation she was in for nearly two years, and the emotional and mental toll that happens to take on someone, she is not able to start work back up until some therapy has been done.

She is taking the appropriate avenues for this new situation she's found herself in, but as we all know these programs only do so much. So, I'm taking things into my own hands and asking for the kindness of others while she also does what she needs to, to get back on her feet.
