Hi I'm Portia also know as The Ice Cream Queen. During one of the darkest times we faced worldwide "The Global Pandemic" Like lots of people I was very scared, sad and depressed. You see this time reminded me about a time where I almost lost my life! One day I was taking a nap and had a dream where I was told when there is so much sadness and death around, I should do something to breathe new life and bring smiles to faces of people around me. I asked what can I do? The reply, " Make ice cream !" .

Memories of Sunshine and Happiness

I woke up and was transported in memory to making ice cream with my mom as a child, in the beautiful sunshiny island of Trinidad. Those were indeed happy days.

Sparks of Innovation and Smiles

I got up looked in the refrigerator and found some Avacado and Mangoes and these were my first ice cream flavors! Yes it did brings smiles and gave my friends something look forward to.
