From Dreams to Displacement :Help our family to survive❤️‍

My name is Rasha Awda, a mother and a nurse from Gaza. For years, I worked in hospitals helping others — but today, I am the one asking for help after losing everything.

My son his name is Ahmad used to live a beautiful life, even under the shadow of conflict. He was full of energy and dreams. He played football, trained in karate, and always talked about becoming a champion for Palestine. His laughter lit up our home, and his spirit gave us hope.

Then the war escalated. Our house was destroyed in an airstrike. Since then, we have been displaced 10 times, moving from one unsafe place to another. Today, we live in a fragile tent that doesn’t protect us from heat or cold.

My son — once a proud athlete — now spends his days fetching water from far away, and searching through rubble for bits of wood to build a fire so we can cook what little food we have.

I lost my job as a nurse, and every other working member of my family is now unemployed. My elderly father suffers from high blood pressure, and my mother is bedridden with a slipped disc. We cannot afford their medicine. My children have no proper clothes, no food, no safety.

We are not asking for luxuries — just survival.
