In the wake of the devastating Sandy Creek flood, Jermaine Jarmon (JJ) has suffered a heartbreaking loss — his beloved wife and children were tragically taken by the rising waters. Along with this unimaginable personal tragedy, Jermaine also lost his home and everything he owned.

Jermaine now faces the daunting task of rebuilding his life from the ground up — emotionally, spiritually, and physically. They did have homeowners insurance but did not have flood insurance. Their home was not in a flood zone so there will not be any help from the insurance company. This fundraiser is to help him not only cover immediate living expenses but also to build a new home where he can begin to heal and honor the memory of his family.
