From Depression to Self expression Book Challenge

Depression is real.  It affects everyone.  The stigma behind this stops people from speaking up about their own struggles, resulting in isolation, mental illness and very often suicide.  This past few years more people regardless of their skin colour, race, religion are speaking up. They are using their voice. I have seen a rise in women helping women, men helping men, the world helping one another.  As a sufferer of severe depression, social anxiety, food disorder, body dysmorphia I began to heal when I started to express myself through a talent I never thought I had, using my own truth and my voice.  Poetry became my coping mechanism.  This has tranformed my life and those who hear my words, cry to me, connect with me, feel the emotion of every poem and word I speak.  From this gift my first book was born.  From Depression to Self Expression this book will be a light to those in darkness. A book that in its rawrest form tells a story of how You can begin to heal yourself and pass on my knowledge to heal others.  SelfLove is key but we don't know How to love ourselves.  In this book You will begin.  

I would love the support of those who read my poems, who have encouraged me to write, who believe in me and those who don't know me but have the desired to break FREE.  Support me in raising the fund to publish this book.  My aim is to launch this before Christmas so someone who needs it will have a beautiful book that heals.  

I have a publisher waiting to work her magic.  The book is finally written but it needs to go nationwide to help the masses of women suffering in silence.  My deadline is to raise this money by the 8th November or partial to ge the process started.
