From Coelbren to Ukraine and back

We live in a tiny Welsh village very close to the Brecon Beacons. We foster dogs, rescue cats. When we saw the awful news about Russia trying to take Ukraine displacing people and pets we knew we had to do something. The residents of Coelbren have come together donating dog crates, fleeces, baby's nappies, dog and cat feed, baby food. In fact the generosity is overwhelming.
Now we need to get there and back. We can do it on a shoestring, loading caravan and car up to the hilt. This is no holiday, I cannot imagine anyone wanting to go for a quick break to hear bombs dropping. However, they need the help, the items, time spent with traumatized people and animals.
Please can you donate whatever you can afford. It will be spent on ferry and fuel. We will cover our food and campsite, insurance etc. We have found a cheap campsite in Poland about 20 miles from Ukraine border.
We appreciate times are difficult especially with electricity being outrageously expensive, but we are not being attacked, forced away from our lives, needing basic water,clothes,and somewhere to sleep.
Anything donated will be put to good use, we will keep all receipts for transparency.
