These are the heart-and-soul businesses of our communities, and they’re being buried by burnout and bureaucracy.
So I created INDYpendent Bytes.
It’s a no-BS consulting and support service for indie restaurants. I help owners streamline their kitchens, train smarter staff, and market with real strategy—not just pretty pictures. I bridge the gap between operations and promotion—because what’s the point of bringing people in the door if you’re still bleeding out in the back?
This isn’t a dream. It’s already happening. I’ve got the experience. I’ve got the plan. What I need now is startup capital to scale—to cover legal and licensing fees, purchase software, invest in marketing, and lock in tools and training platforms to support more restaurants across Indy.
