In 2018, my life changed forever. I was involved in a serious road traffic accident that left me with multiple injuries, including a broken back in four places and severe compound fractures in both legs. Ultimately, this led to the amputation of my right leg below the knee.
Before the accident, I lived and breathed fitness. I worked a number of years as a professional athlete and competed on Ninja Warrior UK (Season 3) making it to the final. After losing my leg, many thought my athletic journey was over, but I had other plans! Against all odds, I returned to Ninja Warrior, finished the course and even conquered the infamous warped wall, becoming the first amputee to achieve this! A moment that symbolised everything I stand for: Resilience, Determination and Belief.
Since then, I’ve found a new passion: Paraclimbing, I began climbing competitively and entered my first major event at the British Paraclimbing Championship in Ratho, Edinburgh in 2023, after earning Bronze, I received my official invitation to join the GB Paraclimbing Team. I returned in 2024 to take home Silver. My goal for this year, GOLD.
In 2024, I had the honour of representing on the world stage at two IFSC World Cup events in Salt Lake City, Utah and Innsbruck, Austria. Now, I’m preparing for my biggest challenge yet: the world championships in South Korea this September.
Looking ahead, my ultimate goal is to compete at the Paralympic games in 2028. But to get there, I need your support.
Competing internationally, training, and accessing specialist equipment and services all come with significant costs. Your donation - no matter how big or small - will go directly towards helping me train, travel, and stay competition ready, as I climb toward this once in a lifetime dream.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your support means so much.
Let’s reach the top together!
