Hi, I’m Marco, a ~3-month-old Shepherd/Corso mix with a big heart and an even bigger fight ahead of me.

I was rescued off the streets of San Francisco—literally being carted around in a plastic bucket with my two siblings. Life sure didn’t start off kind, but I finally got my second chance thanks to two gals who scooped me up and brought me to safety.

Unfortunately, I was dealt another tough blow: I’ve been diagnosed with parvo, a serious and often deadly illness for puppies like me. I'm really frightened, but have hope now that I’m working with incredible vets, who are doing everything they can to get me the urgent treatment I need to survive—but it’s expensive. My treatment will cost around $5k+ and as a pup, I haven’t had much time to start saving.
