From AUS to Applause: Ivy’s USA Tour

Hi there!

I'm Ivy Jones, a passionate musical theatre performer and singer from Newcastle, Australia. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected to join "The Aussie All Stars", an elite performance group of 30 students from across Australia to come together and perform at the world's largest festival celebrating the talents and achievements of young people in musical theatre: the Junior Theatre Festival Atlanta.

We will be travelling to the USA in January 2026 for the ultimate musical theatre performance adventure, encompassing New York, JTF Atlanta, Hollywood and Disneyland. Travelling to three of the world’s most iconic hubs of theatre and performance is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! The true highlight of the tour will be competing at the Junior Theatre Festival Atlanta, where the group and I will proudly be representing Australia on an international stage.

A special thankyou goes to Junior Theatre Festival (JTF) Australia, the team at OzTheatrics and Music Theatre International, who opened the door that led me to this incredible opportunity; one that will provide valuable experience to my future within this industry.

I’m currently fundraising to support travel and participation costs for this life-changing experience, my goal is $5000. As I am under 18, my parents, Alissa and Luke, will be helping in managing my fundraising.
