My name is Prins Nicolas and I am an artist based in Amsterdam. This year, I have been given the incredible honor of participating in a group museum show at the CICA Museum in Seoul, South Korea. The exhibition is titled “Color” and will run from 1 to 19 October 2025.

For me, this is more than just an exhibition — it is the fulfilment of a dream I have carried for many years. My work is deeply connected to questions of identity, belonging, tenderness, and self-discovery. To see it travel across the world and be shown in a museum setting for the very first time feels both surreal and deeply moving.

But opportunities like this also come with real challenges. In order to take part, I need to cover not only my travel expenses to Seoul, but also the transportation of my artworks to the museum. These are some essential costs that I cannot fully manage on my own as I'm an independent artist, which is why I am reaching out for your support:
