From Addiction to Hope: Dental Healing Fund

Growing up prescribed heavy amphetamines for over a decade will do some lasting damage to one's teeth. Spending early adulthood in the throes of alcoholism certainly doesn't help.

Now, at almost 35 years old and over 6 years sober, I have had no other option but to have ALL of my teeth removed, due to ongoing decay and infection. My health has suffered immensely over the last 10 years of my life due to teeth dying off one by one, and it is a miracle I haven't succumbed to the pain or the infections and can write this today.

I started this GoFundMe in the hopes of paying off the remaining bills for my dentures, as my health is still so poor it is extremely difficult to maintain employment/wages that actually makes ends meet. Recovery is difficult, more so when one cannot afford time to heal properly. Simply put, I cannot afford all of my bills, rent, AND make payments on the financing for my shiny new mouth.

Donations will go towards paying off the financing on my dentures, which is currently $60 every two weeks.

Any assistance on this matter will be as life-changing as the surgery and the prosthetics I will need for the rest of my life.
