From Our Homes to a Tent — Our Family’s Story

My name is Dalia, and I am a mother of two children, Taim and Mohammed.

We have lost our homes, our work, and our stability. My husband and I have no steady income, but I continue doing everything I can for my children.

All I dream of now is to live under a roof again and give Taim and Mohammed a safe and stable place to grow. But rent is extremely expensive. Even a small, simple home that was damaged by the war can cost more than $500 per month.

For now, our basic monthly needs are around $600–$850 for food, medicine, education, land rent, and other necessities.

I am not asking for a luxurious life. I only want to provide my children with food, education, medical care, and a safe place to live.
