We are revamping this gofundme because we have been hit with a deadline we just can’t resist.

WE FOUND OUR PROPERTY.

Nestled in rows and rows of plantain trees, extra privatized by strong old growth, atop a hill with breathtaking views of BOTH the mighty Concepcion volcano and the beautiful lake Cocibolca - The Skate Sanctuary skatepark & eco hostel await to be built. We are $15000 away from owning this oasis and need your help. There’s a time restriction because the owner, a wonderful local family needs the money as soon as possible. Contributing to our dream directly financially supports a local family!

Then after that family, all the local families will have a new, safe, endlessly fun place to play, create, learn and most importantly; skate!

This place will be exactly what it’s named; a Sanctuary. We have already seen the kids here express so much excitement and passion for skateboarding but have nowhere to put it! We’ve seen firsthand how skateboarding changes and saves lives, brings joy and motivation to people of all ages. We’re so ready to give the folks of this island that space. Our park will be super accessible for beginners while simultaneously giving a big fun flow for all the skaters travelling through.

Nicaragua is so absolutely gorgeous and expansive, we want as many people as possible to experience it and contribute to the wonderful people of this country.
