Friske Orchards Farm Market of Ellsworth, MI has filed suit for declaratory and injunctive relief against the Health Department of Northwest MI, MDARD, MIOSHA and Governor Whitmer for threatening to remove our ability to conduct business. We have maintained a stance of allowing staff and customers to make personal choices regarding their health when visiting our property, welcoming everyone.

Our family has been serving the community for three generations, and now face the potential forced closing of our business for refusing to submit to Governor Whitmer's unlawful executive orders.

All funds raised will go toward the legal fees incurred during this fight for freedom. Anything that exceeds legal expenses will be gifted to a local non-profit.
