This is our friend Robert Sztramski aka "Ski". I have known Ski for over 12 years. He is a wonderful man, friend, veteran and local resident who has given a tremendous amount to our community. He has been therefor me in my own personal time of need and has been there for countless others in our community over the years.  He is a selfless man of the highest integrity  who would jump into a burning building to rescue a cat...and HE HAS!

Ski has been hit with hardship after hardship lately starting with a broken collar bone, a devastating spinal injury which required a 9 hour major surgery, numerous medical set backs, over 3 months spent in the VA hospital, the inability to work and now the loss of his home (not for lack of paying rent or being a good tenant, but because of the landlord's own personal and family reasons).

I am humbly asking for ANY donations that you can make to help get Ski back on his feet. He is looking at at least 12-18 months of physical rehabilitation with no job, no car, and now no home. ANY and EVERY dollar that you can contribute will go directly to finding him a new home, a car and to help pay his monthly expenses until he is able to be self supporting again.

PLEASE do not pass this over. PLEASE take just a few minutes to contribute whatever you can. He would do the same for all of us if he were able. 

***If you cannot contribute but know of a single story, easily accessible, and low rent apartment or studio available in the north county coastal area, please let us know. Or if you know of anyone who is willing to donate a car in good mechanical condition, with good gas mileage condtion, please contact us on this too***
