From friends and family of John Sinclair:

John has a rare disease called NMO.  After 7 months in the hospital he s slowly beginning to make progress with good PT and can now transfer from bed to wheelchair with minimum assistance.  He can only go home if an electronic lift is installed and other handicap renovations are made to his home.   Seven months of hospital, medical and transportation costs are stressing the families finances.  Insurance doesn't cover anything towards these costs.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
