Okay, bad pun – but great cause. As many of you have heard, our dear friend David McKey has lost most of his belongings due to a fire in his apartment building. He has found temporary housing, but he does not have furniture, clothes and even his beloved cooking supplies! The only good news is that without a TV, he cannot be tortured by watching the Inauguration!
I am reaching out to you in the hope that you will donate to a GoFundMe campaign for David. (For David’s California friends, I am not a telemarketer. I am legit – at least as legit as you can be from D.C.) David has really been great about all of this, but it is a lot and he needs our help. As you all know, David would drop everything to help any one of us.
