Friends will Finish Strong for Vince

Everyone who knew Vince Almony loved him. He was a devoted spouse to his wife Susan of over 29 years. They would have celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary this November. His Allie was his sunshine and his girl. She was married September 26 to her husband Frank and fortunately Vince walked her down the aisle- a moment many of us will never forget. He has a brother Joe and his wife Barbara who were their travel companions and best of friends. Of course, Vince has many treasured family and friends. 
Vince worked for American Airlines (US Airways) for the past 35 years and was still working. He never wanted to retire. He loved the guys he worked with and hanging out with them every day. 
Vince was a three sports PIAA official for soccer, basketball and lacrosse right up until COVID hit and loved being on the field or court. 

Vince fought a courageous battle with bladder cancer and most recently, rib, pelvis and spine. He fought hard, never wanting to leave.
Unfortunately, God had bigger plans and will leave Vince to watch over us and he passed away on October 7 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
We are trying to raise money to help Susan get on her feet as she has been on family leave for some time taking care of Vince. They were a couple like no other.
