Hi. My name is Nancy and my friends , who are like my kids, lost their rental unit in the fires that ravaged Lahaina. I live in San Jose and Drew is a friend of my sons. These kids have let me stay with them on several occasions alway treating me like family. All of front street is gone. They lived one street over. They had very little warning to evacuate and one of them didn’t even have time to grab their phone. I am sure she was making sure she had everything their one year old boy and her 2 girls needed. 8/10/2023. My friends are safe and are in a co-workers home who moved out so the family would have a safe place to be until they can find other accommodations. They are still in need of clothing , baby supplies. Food. And their costs to live where they are. Please donate anything you can. They have a long rough road ahead. He’ll be out of work for awhile but will be fine once he’s able to work. And he works hard for his family and his two step daughters that he has fully embraced. He is the best Dad to those girls and they adore him. I know a lot of us are having hard times. Me included. But even the smallest amount could be a box of diapers. Aloha for your kindness.
