Hi Friends, Family, and Loved Ones of Chris Hindle-
As many of you may know by now Chris has recently been diagnosed with advanced
liposarcoma and will begin chemotherapy treatments this week (9/30/20). This comes as quite a shock to many of us and we know that this will be a difficult time for Chris and those who care about him. However you may know Chris - whether as loving family, accomplished artist and mentor to others, canvas shoed sailor who can't stop talking about the 40 foot yacht he's going to buy one day, world's most interesting philosopher-conversationalist, gaming hero (RPG, video game, and boardgame no less), and all around great friend to so many people- we know that you love the big guy and would like a way to show some support.
We know these coming weeks will have an impact on Chris's ability to pursue his livelihood, so we hope by starting this fund we can provide some financial support so that Chris can focus fully on his health and recovery over the next several months. This fund will be used to help Chris with living expenses during this time (bills, groceries, incidentals, etc.). Those of you who know Chris also know that he is the LAST person to ever ask for help (after a little arm twisting, he reluctantly agreed to let us pull this together), and this makes him all the more deserving of it.
