Friends of Temple Sinai & Lake Charles Hurricane

Shalom everyone! My name is Helaine Fabijanic, daughter of Rabbi Barry and Linda Weinstein and sister of Amy.  I live in Glenwood Springs, CO with my husband and young daughters. I created this GoFundMe so we can aid the Temple Sinai of Lake Charles, LA congregation after getting hit had by Hurricane Laura on August 27, 2020. There are 55 families in the  congregation that was established in 1904.  There is wide spread destruction and damage in the city after being hit with 150 mph winds. Friends and communities around the nation are looking for ways to help and support Temple Sinai and Lake Charles. I hope that we can provide some security for these families and their community by donating to this GoFundMe. They are still assessing damage and are without power for two weeks.
