Stacy was a bright light in this world, full of life, and bringing joy and love to so many in her life. She had such a love for Hawaii, which was her home for many years. Even after moving to Virginia, she kept in touch will all of the many friends whom she made there. They were her Ohana. It was her desire to be brought back and laid to rest in the place she called home. She did not want a ceremony, but rather a reunion on the deck of the USS Missouri, where she had volunteered and dedicated so many of her years to honoring the many who had given their lives for our great country. Her passing was sudden and unexpected. Many people have reached out to ask how they can help Scott and the others in her life who have been left behind. A gift can help make Stacy's dying wish a reality. While she is with the Lord now and at peace, we want to bring her home to the place she loved so much and to the many friends she left behind. The funds collected will be used to cover the costs of her internment in Hawaii and for the travel costs to allow her loved ones to be there with her many friends. The date is still to be determined (planning for summer of 2022), but we will update everyone through social media once it has been set. All funds will be immediately made available to Stacy's husband, Scott Bailey. Scott and Stacy have been some of our closest friends for the last 10 years, with Scott and I working together for many of them. They have always been there and done so much for me and my family through difficult times. It is my hope that this gofundme will provide a way for myself and their many friends to give back. God bless you all and may Stacy find eternal peace in the arms of her Father in heaven. We love you and will miss you, Stacy!
