We have no words for this

This little mum and baby pair were seen being thrown from a car on Monday evening. Sadly like all good mamas she took the impact and her head and eye are in really bad shape

Little baby boy is only about 14 weeks old. He is skin and bones and both have really bad worms, ears and skin. Whoever owned these dogs were absolute scumbags and that is clear.

Our main priority for this beautiful wee family is getting them over this trauma. Mama is very flat, she is very quiet and although a pup herself she is very aware things aren’t right

It’s heartbreaking

These 2 will continue to receive any medical care that they need until we get them right and hopefully when the time is right a new family can show them how life should have always been

We would like to say a huge thank you to the 2 ladies who spotted them being thrown from the car got these 2 to safety, the Garda for acting to fast, inishfree vets for taking them in overnight and giving necessary pain relief. Victoria for co-ordinating the rescue mission and getting them to us as the most suitable place for recovery and last but not least animals in need Donegal for their donation of first good food these babies have ever seen

When rescues work together a lot more can be done and we are honoured to be trusted to help this pair so thank you for trusting us

Our only interest right now is keeping these 2 comfortable, and safe. All the other information is being dealt with by relevant authorities so we won’t be answering questions about naming and shaming or areas or details about what happened. This just eats into our already minimal time and doesn’t help these furries so let’s work together and make these 2 have the best Christmas ever
