30 years ago I was a VSO volunteer teacher at Pakati Secondary School in Zimbabwe. I returned for a vist in September 2018, & after talking to the current Head teacher, Mr Chikafa Mugove, we agreed the best way to help the students of both Secondary & Primary Schools was to introduce IT equipment & get them learning with & about modern technology. There are organisations which refurbish, resell & arrange shipping of PCs & laptops to African countries. Estmated cost of 20 of each is around £7500, but the more I can raise the more we can provide.
