Since we have all been through the past two-plus weeks together, it seems unnecessary to detail the scope of damage and pain dealt to restaurants, their staffs, and their collective families recently. 

We humbly submit our own request for your assistance to our Maison Premiere staff during this time. Our goal is to off-set missing income, give quick aid for groceries and supplies, and to alleviate some of this extraordinary tragedy that has befallen our industry.
