Friends of Lorna Sheldon

Fieldston Friends of Lorna Sheldon were deeply saddened to learn that Lorna has had her life inextricably altered by the devastating progression of multiple sclerosis. Lorna is a beloved member of our Fieldston community who taught many of our children in second grade and helped many others in the Learning Center over the years. She is also a Fieldston parent of two girls.

Fieldston is an amazing community of caring activists, and we invite you to live our shared values by providing support for Lorna. This GoFundMe account is one way to reach out and become agents of change in Lorna's life. Additional financial resources will allow Lorna to  receive better medical coverage and the home care support so important for daily in home living.  

We are also in the process of organizing through EC Cares  and the Upper School community so that our community members can provide Lorna with other forms of  social interaction and critical support.
