Friends of Jeff, Jessica & Emma Gardner

If you know or worked with Jeff or Jessica, you know already much of what I will say. I just know that what I have cherished most from life is the people I have gotten to know working for BASF. Jeff and Jessica are no exception. I met Jeff for dinner in Michigan in October 2021. Jess was having a great girls weekend while Jeff and I went out to dinner. Jeff shared his journey with me over pasta at his favorite Italian place. He was full of hope.

Jeff and Jessica both made lasting impact in all the places they lived and worked whether that was Geismar, LA - Ludwigshafen, Germany - Freeport, TX or Livonia, Michigan. You always knew that he loved to travel and be in the outdoors. His life was so positively impacted when their beautiful daughter Emma came into the world. It only added to his excitement to move closer to family in Michigan.

To their friends, family and colleagues, we are all saddened and without words for his loss. We want nothing more than to find some way to create the opportunity for Jessica & Emma to embrace Jeff in their future moments in life whether that be through travel, education, or charity.
