Friends of Amber and Tormund - End of Life Costs

Dear Friends,

Our friends Amber and Mike recently and unexpectedly lost the youngest and newest member of their family, their cat Tormund Giantsbane. At only 11 months old, Tormund went to the vet for a check-up and a terminal heart illness was discovered. Without even the time to process the diagnosis, Tormund took a turn for the worst, and despite the best emergency care passed on Friday morning. Emergency veterinary care was attempted but unfortunately his condition progressed too quickly for recovery, leaving Amber and Mike with a gaping hole in their hearts as well as extremely high medical bills. They are completely devastated by this loss.

For those of you who know Amber and Mike, you know that their pets are their children. Tormund was a gentle giant who was more of a lion than cat in both heart and size. His traumatic and sudden loss has left them with unrepairable damage.

We are raising funds to help alleviate the cost of Tormund's end of life care. Any donation can and will be used to offset those costs and any amount large or small helps. Thank you for your kindness.
