Friends of Alicia

One ordinary day last fall, this kind and caring person woke up to a beautiful day full of hope and life until she looked in the mirror and noticed that something was not quite right.  Within a few hours, this day turned into a nightmare that few of us can relate.  

Alicia Matos, learned of her heartbreaking diagnosis last year. She now has Pancreatic Cancer.  This news is both shocking and devastating.  Her husband Paul and three young children, Alex, Amanda, Ava, all share in her fear and dismay. This diagnosis has turned into a race for survival and hope. Her husband searches tirelessly for Alicia to receive the  most progressive medical help known.  He sacrifices and exhausts every opportunity and option available to her.
