“ I love school and that’s the most interesting part of my day but I am hardly able to attend class frequently since I have to work to help my parents earn a living. In the summer, things are even worse, there are million none-name jobs that I have to take. However, last year - 2017 was completely different, I had a chance to go to Vung Tau with all my classmates thanks to FFSC’s camp. Who are we?
FFSC is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to improve the living condition of unprivileged children by providing education and vocational training, medical care and shelters for them. At FFSC, students learn from not only textbooks but also from extra-curricular activities such as summer camps, life skills workshops or exchange visits with international schools.
Our dedicated teachers, social workers and volunteers provide these children with chance to gain knowledge, develop their potential, and deepen life skills and values through education and training.
What is Ripe camp?
The [Ripe] Summer Camp program, held by FFSC since 2017, is one of our educational activities for students at FFSC’s Development Centers. This experience aims to provide underprivileged students with practical knowledge and essential life skills by delivering workshops in a safe and low-stressed environment away from their harsh everyday living conditions
Built on the success of the 2017 Ripe Summer Camp, the 2018 camp brings 42 kids in grade 4 and grade 5 at Binh An School to Phan Thiet city for a 2-day-1-night beach camp. During the time together, our kids will be exposed to activities such as coastal clean-up, recycling, and waste reduction. This will be a great opportunity for them to build camaraderie, learn teamwork skills, and understand the importance of the environmental protection.


Why our kids need your help?
FFSC is supporting more than 1000 underprivileged student to receive an education. As we recognize the importance of real-life education delivered in a lower-stressed environment like the Ripe Summer Camp, we’ve been trying to maintain this activity. However, our current financial situation doesn’t allow us to have this activity as a part of our annual budget. That’s why we really need generous donors like you to help us make this experience happen for our kids.

100% of your donations will go to the cost to organize the 2018 Ripe camp for our kids, including: food, accommodation, transportation, campsite, and workshop.
With each $80 donation, one opportunity is given to send one kid to this year fun camp.
