Long Lake Friends For Fireworks!

In lieu of Lights Festival being cancelled, a group of Long Lake residents have decided to pool their $$ together and purchase some nice Class “C” fireworks from Wolverine (the same company that does Lights Festival and Alpena Fireworks).
We will be lighting them off Friday night, July 3rd... and... John Fisher has given us permission to use his empty lot next to Sand Bar & Grill to do the show! (Thank You John)!! There will be Live entertainment with WAY OUT WAYNE AND COMPANY outside for all to enjoy while waiting for the fireworks show at dusk. Live entertainment is sponsored by Alpena Beverage.
If you are interested in contributing to this effort you can make any size donation here. The sooner we reach our goal, the better we can coordinate with the fireworks company :)
This is also a great way for us to help Sand Bar & Grill recoup some of the revenue lost due to the COVID-19 closure as well as Lights Festival being cancelled.
Please note that this is 100% unrelated to Lights Festival and is a totally personal endeavor.
