Hi My name is Andrea and I'm fundraising for Jill Carroll. We have been friends and co workers for 12 years.

At the end of February Jill was diagnosed with Stage 3 Metastatic Breast Cancer. Jill also found out she had an very agressive Cancer that would require a Double Mastectomy and Lymph Node removal as the Cancer was moving fast.

Jill had that surgery in the beginning of March and was hopefull that her healing would move along so she could start her Chemo as quickly as possible to have the best possible chance to KICK CANCERS ASS!

Unfortunatley Cancer has an agenda of its own and Jill's healing wasn't going well. She had to endure another surgery to pull skin over her open wounds. Again the healing process is slow and she really needs to get to Chemo to KICK THIS HORRIBLE CANCERS ASS!!

When Jill found out this news knowing she had so many Doctor's appointments and healing to do she realized she would not be able to continue to work. She applied for Emercency Disability and was hopeful that the process would move along swiftly since she had all the documents and papers to provide to Social Security. But, here again, nothing has been easy for Jill. It was either lack of communication between Doctors & Social Security or someone didn't have the right Fax # or the right address... whatever. It has been a very STRESSFUL time for Jill (and may I add Stress is very unhealthy on the mind, body & soul). Jill is trying to provide for her 13 year old daughter Allison. Getting Allison through school, providing all the supplies needed and allowing Allison to continue with all activities that she is involved with. Jill would also want nothing more than to have Allison have as "normal" as possible a summer that any mother would want for their 13 yr old daughter.

I never realized the crushing affect that a Life Threating Disease had on an indivdual until I watched Jill go through this process! So, I'm here again to ask for help for my friend. ( a beautiful Woman that has helped so many people in her life).
