Friendly Fridley's Fund

Hi friends and family and following!!! Our baby boy and Lil rescue nugget FRIDLEY has been a special needs dog from day one and we wouldn't change him for the world. You may know this, but Fridley has been battling an atypical form of Addison's Syndrome for over nearly 5 years and living on a daily dose of a steroid that comes at a cost financially but also a cost to his health and longevity. This past month we discovered a few growths on his head and his cutie patootie (yes bum). Moving as swiftly as possible we are having some of these lumps surgically removed and biopsied. This also comes at a cost during a time when I am only employed part-time and Zach is a gig worker during a time with limited gigs. We will spend our last pennies to elongate the life of Friendly Fridley no matter what. That being said, we have been told to anticipate a bill upwards of $1000+ for the anesthesia and surgery. While we still won't know what's to come until the results of the biopsy come back. What we DO know is that any assistance we receive would be greatly appreciated during these times. Zach and I are aware that this has been a hard 10 months for everyone in so, so many ways. So, it's not easy for us to reach out for assistance. However, this Pandemic has hit us both pretty hard financially. And then when these big, unexpected financial commitments to help our fur baby live longer and healthier and happier come along it hits even harder. We aren't looking for you or anyone to cover Fridley's care but to just help us stay afloat and on top of this as we trudge through Pandemic Life on a shoestring budget and a lot of love for our sweet baby gift that is Fridley.
