Friend and family of Samuel Dalzell

I am the Administrative Assistant in the Berkshire Hathaway CNY Realty office in Utica NY. Sam is a colleague and one of the agents I am proud to work for.

If you have been fortunate enough to know Sam personally, or work with him in any capacity over his many years in real estate, then you will know he is special. He will always make time for you and has been known to be on a roof or deck making repairs or anything else needed to get that deal to the table for his client! Because I know that there are so many out there that have likewise been touched by his friendship, I am asking for your help in his time of need.

Sam will NEVER complain and to ask for help is something that is completely out of the question, it’s just not in his nature.

In a few short months, he lost his wife to cancer, received his own diagnosis, his beloved dog passed away, he was a victim of Identity theft that emptied his bank accounts, has had several eye procedures that have left him with intense constant headaches and other complications. Most recently, Sam had a bad fall which resulted in a fractured hip requiring surgery. As you can imagine, the resulting medical bills over these months are overwhelming.

If you are in any way able to help him out in even the smallest amount, I know that he would be touched and the BHHS Utica Family would be appreciative beyond words!
