Frida started having seizures today every few hours, and I’m asking for help with her emergency veterinary care. She has already been transferred to an emergency clinic so they can see if they can administer IV medication to stop the seizures. Right now, we still do not know what is causing them, and everything has been moving fast.

From Frida’s point of view: Hi I’m Frida. My pawrents took me in a little over a week ago after a nice man found me on the street and was unable to keep me. They stepped up so I didn’t end up in a Las Vegas shelter. They got me vaccinated, took me to my new dogtor, and even gave me a bath. Everything was going great until I had a seizure this morning. I was so scared, and they rushed me to the vet. After my checkup I was feeling like myself again, but not even 5 minutes after I got back inside the house, I had another seizure. I’m at the vet now, and my pawrents are really worried about me.

The bills have piled up so quickly that we can barely keep up. We have to pay up front for every vet appointment, and Frida already has several thousand dollars in vet bills. I am quickly maxing out credit cards trying to make sure she gets the care she needs.

Funds from this fundraiser will help pay for Frida’s diagnostic vet bills and her ongoing medical expenses while the clinic works to find the cause of her seizures.
