This is Freyja. We adopted her as a feral kitten about 7 years ago. Recently, she had an injured eye. We didn't know what caused it, but her left eye had an ulcer. After a few vet visits and lots of eye drops, we had to take her to a specialist. The ophthalmologist has diagnosed her with Entropion; her lower eyelids roll in, both of them, and she needs surgery.

We've already spent a lot of money on vet bills. She needs this surgery to get better, and we love her like she's our child, so she's getting the surgery.

We're looking for any help anyone can give, even if it's just a couple of dollars. Everything helps, even if you just share this.

Her surgery is scheduled for Monday the 7th, and it's going to cost around $4500.

This is what Freyja looked like when we brought her home, it was January of 2018, it took 3 days for her and our other cat SinSin to become best friends.

*Update* 4/7/25

Freyja has her surgery today and everything went well and she's now at home recovering

*Update* Day 3 of healing and Freyja seems to be feeling much better, her wounds are healing and her appetite is back, and she's hanging out with her brother SinSin. Thank you to everyone who has donated, we really appreciate the help.

4/12 update

We're healing, we put the procure on care credit, so now it's just getting the funds to pay it off, but Freyja is doing great, she's starting to act like herself again.

4/21/25 update

She had her follow-up visit today at the Vet Vision Center and she's healing perfectly, the ulcer is gone so no more eye drops, the stitches will take a few more weeks to finish disolving. She did so good.
