Sitting on Dad, Ben's lap through our daily teams meeting, we are watching a beautiful girl grow but unfortunately she was born with a life threatening condition that requires a lot of care and attention.

Freya's Story | Hope House Children's Hospices

The nursing teams at Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith are experts at making seriously ill children comfortable and helping them and their families to make the most of their lives together. They have been a great support to Freya and her parents and as an office, we have decided to have a year of fundraising to support Hope House.

Every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

Our first challenge is to walk 4 million steps in March. As you can imagine, we all spend a lot of our day sitting at a desk so this will be a good task to start. Please follow our progress on our Facebook page.

There is no loss crueller than the death of a child. When your child is diagnosed with an incurable condition your heart breaks and your world falls apart. When your child dies, something dies in you too. Facing that journey alone is terrifying. You feel so helpless. Without Hope House Children's Hospices, you struggle on, often isolated in your pain and grief. We must help. This must stop. No-one should face the death of a child alone.
