Freya is only one year old, but she's already been through more than most dogs ever should.

When we got her, she was extremely thin you could see every bone. She had roundworms, hookworms, no vaccinations, hernia, and had clearly been neglected.

Despite everything, she's remained loving, playful, and full of life.

Now we've received heartbreaking news: Freya has hip dysplasia. At just one year old, she's already dealing with pain, limited mobility, and the risk of early arthritis.

We've watched her struggle with simple things like walking and climbing stairs, and it's incredibly hard to see. But the cost is more than we can manage.
