Help Freya Fight Heart Disease
Hi everyone,
We’re reaching out today for help with our sweet 2-year-old cat, Freya, who we adopted from a rescue about two years ago. She’s not just our pet—she’s family. Her gentle spirit, playful energy, and unconditional love brighten every single day.
Recently, Freya was diagnosed with early-stage hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)—a heart condition that can be serious and progressive if not closely monitored and treated. As you can imagine, this has been heartbreaking news. But the good news is that with the right care, medication, and regular testing, Freya can still live a full and happy life.
We’re asking for support to help cover:
- Ongoing diagnostic testing (such as echocardiograms and bloodwork)
- Medications to manage her condition and protect her heart
- Preventative care to catch any changes early and give her the best chance possible
The costs are already adding up, and as much as we want to give her everything she needs, we can’t do it alone. Any contribution—big or small—would mean the world to us and to Freya. Even just sharing this campaign helps more than you know.
