I’ve always tried to help those around me, and recently I let my family stay with me so they could get back on their feet. Unfortunately, my landlord didn’t approve and gave me an eviction letter. On top of that, the landlord has neglected repairs and maintenance, making it even harder for me and my two pets to feel safe and comfortable in our home. It’s been overwhelming, and I’m scared to go to court even though I have evidence of the landlord’s neglect.

Now, I’m facing the challenge of moving out quickly with my pets. The costs are adding up—between moving expenses, caring for my fur babies, and keeping my car running so I can get to a safe place, it’s more than I can handle alone. My pets depend on me, and I want to make sure they’re cared for during this transition.

I’m asking for help because I want to break the chain and finally start a new chapter in my life. I hope to become the person I’ve always wanted to be, not defined by my past or by what others think.
