Fresh start for a “fired” heart

I have created this GoFundMe page on behalf of my father.

In South Africa, power outages is an everyday occurrence and almost every family has a small generator to power the essential appliances.

The generator was humming the normal machinery pace, when it made an uncharacteristic noise.

My father went to investigate, and during an attempt at closer examination the generator exploded.

My father is currently in ICU and intubated. He sustained burn wounds to his entire face and both hands. He will require extensive physical rehabilitation to regain the full function of his hands.

The garage area of the house has substantial damage with smoke damage to the rest of the house.

I am asking for any form of assistance, from prayers to donations.
