Hey Yall We Are For A Little Help To Get Fresh Cravez Doors Open!

First off let me introduce my self I'm Britné but most know me as Brí. I started fresh cravez some couple years back because I was sick. Most ont know I was diagnosed with an autoimmune called Myasthenia Gravis, symptom are comparable to those of Lupus. So as you can only imagine life was difficult simple things like smiling, standing, simply breathing was a struggle. Which eventually led to me being hospitalized for weeks, it was hard finding a way to manage the symptoms nothing worked well or for long then i had do to something called plasma foresees, and let me telll you that is horrible, they put a tube in your neck down to your heart that cycles the bad antibodies of of your blood through this machine and your freezing and just going thru it. Man...when doctors said they want to put a port in my chest to continue treatment as outpatient. I was like oooo nawwww... We have to consider another option. SO I we tried a chemotherapy which worked well for sometime but then I need them every few years or so. Shortly after receiving the infusions I started to realize other changes within my body, like my hair was graying quickly at 23-24 geesssh.. Then my weight drastically picked up, I began to have acne like baddd and most of yall know my skin is pretty clear. I literally started to grow facial hair! I lost it yall I was like nope mmhnt we aint doing this. My entire hormone system was out of wack and I said I need to fix this, I know there is a better way.

And Yes the better was found.The research was on and popping. Let me tell you I started reading holistic, nature, based text. Listening to holistic speakers, Dr sebi, Dr, Afrika, Yahki, PaulsLaw, SO many more just paying attention to the different cultures and their basic way of life. I lived in africa for sometime where i Picked up quite a bit of different cooking techniques as well as ingredients that have never existed in the USA. Like this one fruit called Maad, theres nothing really to compare it to but it is dang good. But also the led to me natures fruits, vegetables, herbs, roots and barks and from there the healing process began.

I straight up started taking "Bitters" things like Bladderwrack, Burdock Root, Chaparral, Yellow Dock, and regularly. If you know one of Dr. Sebi main points is that we need to constantly replenish our Iron Levels and these type of roots & herbs have such as higher clean concentration of what I body truly needs to function best. Once i started to make this a staple in my life, everything change for the Best. My skin cleared up, hair growth included. My weight dropped, my hormones adjust to normal, and I felt GREAT! I cleaned up my act I was juicing, making smoothies, going to the beach, hot yoga, aerial classes, Just really giving love to self! and when I would go out i would have juices with me and extras that I would share or just give away. Those people loved what I was making. They kept saying hey you should really think about making this into something.

So that just what I did!

For me Fresh Cravez isn’t just another juice bar. It’s a dream to actually inspire other to make the best changes for themselves, a way to prevent diseases and slow the aging process. Some may know that I have a son whos turning 3 very soon and he is 100% plant based and let me tell you that boy is stronggggg lol. But honestly its simply about being better, I feed him better feed my self better in that way we just do better as people with a clearer mind and belly.
