*Neither the non-profit nor its attorney or any members are affiliated with FUDTA. On the advice of counsel their other demand letters/suits start with the school, since that is who has to open -they owe our children a duty under the constitution or the California Education Code. We believe 90% of the blame is with the union due to their last minute/moving target demands but if a judge tells the school to open and ignore the union it will be up to the union to defend themselves-they have deep pockets and will just cost us money if we involve them now. If schools are open and teachers don't work they would not be paid/substitutes used. It is up to the court and parties to figure out who needs to be involved with a court order or arbitration etc.
